CONSTRUCTION
Background
I've spent about 20 years of my life doing mechanical work. I attended the State University of New York for Automotive Technologies. After that I went to work as a dishwasher in a hotel in the Catskills (see my Other Sites page) where I quickly became a maintenance mechanic and then maintenance supervisor. It was at this hotel where I learned most of my skills in electrical, plumbing and steam boiler work. I then started working in industrial situations working on and designing manufacturing machinery. I worked at the Berkeley Marina Marriott specializing in electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, painting, pool maintenance, and general building repair and maintenance. The past 4 years I've been on my own doing construction, maintenance and repairs.
